Although it has not yet been established how much should be omega 3 fish oil supplement dosage, but it's a general opinion that we should consume at least 300 to 400 mg of omega 3 fats on a daily basis.

Fish oil contains two essential fatty acids or EFA's. These fats are known as DHA and EPA and are primarily obtained from the oil of fatty fish like salmon, herring and hoki. DHA and EPA are required for the prevention of purchase branched chain amino acid diseases and they are also important for controlling various functions of the body.
